Information collected
The form collects your name, phone number, municipality, selected trade and a description of the work. Photos are optional. Avoid sensitive information and unnecessary personal details in your text and photos.
Your request and referral
By sending your request, you authorize Proximity to review it, contact you and share relevant information, including attached photos, with a suitable professional to follow up on it. That professional may contact you by phone or text. This authorization is for your request; it does not include marketing or mass distribution.
Service providers
We use hosting and communication providers to run the site and handle requests. They may process information outside Quebec and Canada. Access to requests is limited to people involved in handling them and arranging the referral.
Cookies and site use
A cookie remembers your language. The site uses limited visit-source information and technical data to understand where requests come from, operate the service and limit abuse. An approximate location may help display businesses in your area. You choose the property municipality in the form. No advertising analytics tool is installed.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and ask how it is retained and used. You can also withdraw consent to future use and sharing. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing the referral.
